Regional associations
The VDH is represented at regional levels by 16 VDH federal associations. They are not only member associations but also regional subsections and representatives of VDH interests. The basic duties of the VDH federal associations are:
- to represent the VDH at a regional level
- to provide advice and undertake press and publicity work
- to find puppies for new owners
- to present cynological events
